Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
